I've moved this thread to the general discussion section since it's not a PC tech issue and probably not a problem with your Mac itself. I'm not aware of any issues with alpha cc and macOS, and the other Mac person I asked isn't either, but cc creators would have a better idea. Also, there is the S4S (Sims 4 Studio) - it's great for many things apart from 'making' cc including 'batch fixes' with just one click it can fix a lot of issues with cc. If the above doesn't help, you may be better off asking on a dedicated creators' forum, for example the one at Sims4Studio. A few packs have interfered and broken various hairs and eyelashes, for example a very popular maker of was Kijiko() and they've redone all of their hairs and eyelashes. I can't see whether you have laptop mode enabled-you'd need to scroll down a bit-but if so, definitely disable it first. You could try playing with the graphics settings a bit to see if you get different results, for example using the default ultra profile (where it says Custom in your screenshot) or disabling post processing. Please also list your computer's full specs: everything under About This Mac except for the serial number. It almost certainly matters that you're playing on a Mac.Information, Guides and Announcements for the EA app.
